Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares automatically sold pursuant to an irrevocable sell-to-cover election to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of RSUs.

2. Upon termination of (a) the Reporting Person's Neil J. Parikh 2018 GRAT II, all 32,160 shares, (b) the Reporting Person's Neil J. Parikh 2019 GRAT I, all 51,692 shares (c) the Reporting Person's Neil J. Parikh 2019 GRAT II, all 63,180 shares, and (d) the Reporting Person's Neil J. Parikh 2018 GRAT I, all 26,313 shares, were in each case transferred to direct ownership.

3. The Reporting Person is the Investment Advisor to Miesau Trust, which is the sole member of Miesau Trust, LLC.

4. The Reporting Person is the Investment Advisor to ABE Trust, which is the sole member of ABE Holdings, LLC.
