Explanation of Responses:

1. This transaction was a sale of shares to cover the payment of withholding tax liability incurred upon the vesting of a restricted stock unit award issued to the reporting person under the Company's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $0.42 to $0.44. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price.
