Explanation of Responses:

1. Of the reported shares, 12,254 were sold to satisfy the reporting person's tax obligations in connection with the vesting of restricted stock units, or RSUs, and the remaining shares were sold pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on April 14, 2021.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $30.1701 to $31.165, inclusive.
