Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares of Class F Common Stock of Gores Holdings V, Inc. (the "Issuer") converted into shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer on a one-for one basis upon the Issuer's consummation of its initial business combination (the "Business Combination") with Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. ("AMPSA").

2. As a result of the Business Combination, each outstanding share of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer was converted into a share of AMPSA.
