Explanation of Responses:

1. The sales reported on this line item were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on May 20, 2021.

2. On September 21, 2021, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which overstated the number of shares sold by the reporting person on September 20, 2021 by 10,000 shares. The correct number of shares sold by the reporting person was 2,500.
