1. Grant of Restricted Stock pursuant to the Limestone Bancorp, Inc., 2018 Equity Compensation Plan. Generally, the restrictions as to transferability lapse over three years, with one third of the shares vesting on each anniversary date of the grant.

2. Grant of Restricted Stock pursuant to the Limestone Bancorp, Inc., 2018 Equity Compensation Plan. Generally, the restrictions as to transferability lapse over seven years with one fifth of the shares vesting on the third anniversary date of grant and on each successive anniversary date of grant thereafter.
