Explanation of Responses:

1. These securities are restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of KnowBe4, Inc.'s (the "Issuer") Class A Common Stock. This amendment corrects the number of RSUs acquired by the Reporting Person on March 10, 2022.

2. This amendment also corrects the number of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person on March 10, 2022. The number of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person on March 10, 2022 was 89,717.
