Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Taylor exercised 10,000 options to acquire 10,000 shares of common stock under Provident's 2010 Equity Incentive Plan which vested on June 20, 2015.

2. Mr. Taylor has previously been granted 20,000 options to acquire 20,000 shares of common stock under Provident's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan. Fifty percent of the grant vests on September 30, 2016, fifty percent of the grant vests on September 30, 2018, and the entire grant expires on September 30, 2024. Additionally, Mr. Taylor has previously been granted 15,000 options to acquire 15,000 shares of common stock under Provident' s 2013 Equity Incentive Plan. Fifty percent of the grant vests on May 30, 2021, fifty percent of the grant vests on May 30, 2023, and the entire grant expires on May 30, 2029.
