1. Represents a broker-assisted sale of shares subject to a 10b5(1) sale contract executed on June 11, 2021 to pay taxes upon the vesting of an award.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $1.62 to $1.655, inclusive.
