Represents shares of the Issuer's Class B common stock to which the Reporting Person became entitled with respect to dividend equivalents accrued on previously vested restricted share units for which settlement has been deferred. On January 29, 2021, the last business day preceding January 31, 2021, the closing price of the Class B common stock on The NASDAQ Global Select Market was $48.50 per share.
