These restricted stock units and the shares of common stock issued upon vesting of such units were acquired under the Company's Amended and Restated Equity Incentive Plan, without payment by the reporting person.

SEC Form 4: Sharnak Lawrence Steven converted options into 2,000 shares, increasing direct ownership by 17% to 13,500 units
