Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes restricted shares.

2. Grant of options to purchase Common Shares under the SiriusPoint Ltd. 2013 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended, exempt under Rule 16b-3.

3. The options shall vest and become exercisable in equal installments on each of the first five anniversaries of the grant date, as follows: 80,000 options on February 26, 2022; 80,000 options on February 26, 2023; 80,000 options on February 26, 2024; 80,000 options on February 26, 2025 and 80,000 options on February 26, 2026, subject to continued employment through each such vesting date. The options expire on the tenth anniversary of the grant date.
