1. Represents 2019 one-time retention RSU award granted pursuant to the South Jersey Industries, Inc. 2015 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan. Subject to certain exceptions, the RSU vested on November 21, 2022.

2. Includes accrued Dividend Equivalent Shares (referred to as "DES", as defined in the Issuer's 2015 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan).

3. Represents shares withheld for taxes on a one-time retention RSU that vested on November 21, 2022.
