Explanation of Responses:

1. Received in exchange for 3,030 shares of FS KKR Capital Corp. II ("FSKR") common stock in connection with the closing of the merger of FS KKR Capital Corp. ("FSK") and FSKR pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of November 23, 2020 (the "Merger Agreement"), by and among FSK, FSKR, Rocky Merger Sub, Inc. and FS/KKR Advisor, LLC.

2. Effective on June 15, 2020, FSK effected a 4 to 1 reverse stock split of its common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split"). The amount of securities reported on this Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split.
