Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") in connection with the reporting person joining HyreCar Inc. (the "Company"). The grant of RSUs was made pursuant to the Company's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents a right to receive one share the Company's common stock upon vesting. 25% of the shares underlying the RSUs will vest on May 23, 2023 with the remaining shares vesting in twelve (12) equal quarterly installments thereafter.
