Explanation of Responses:

1. Cashless exercise and immediate sale through a broker of a stock award granted on February 13, 2019. All shares were issued under the Sharps Compliance Corp. 2010 Stock Plan and were scheduled to expire on February 13, 2026.

2. This represents the weighted average sale of 16,100 shares. Shares were sold between a range of $16.70 and $16.92.

3. This represents the weighted average sale of 29,603 shares. Shares were sold between a range of $16.42 and $16.99.

4. This represents the weighted average sale of 24,238 shares. Shares were sold between a range of $16.15 and $16.40.
