Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 12, 2021, the reporting person was granted 9,256 phantom units under the Rattler Midstream LP Long-Term Incentive Plan as an annual non-employee director award, which will vest on July 12, 2022. Upon vesting, each phantom unit entitles the recipient to one common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Issuer.
