Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 2, 2022, the Yang Yu Trust (the "Transferor"), transferred 250,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock to Meteora Capital Partners, LP (the "Transferee") pursuant to a contractual Non-Redemption Agreement, dated February 7, 2022 by and among the Issuer, CITIC Capital Acquisition LLC, Meteora Special Opportunity Fund I, LP, the Transferee, the Transferor and the other stockholder parties thereto.

2. The shares are held by the Yang Yu Trust, a trust for the benefit of the reporting person's family. The reporting person serves as Trustee of the trust.

3. The shares are held by the YAD10 Trust, Weilai Yang and Yu Cheung, as Trustees, for the benefit of the reporting person's family.

4. The shares are held by the YYJK28 Trust, Weilai Yang and Yu Cheung Ho as Trustees for the benefit of the reporting person's family.
