Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the grant of shares pursuant to the Issuer's 2022 Recognition and Retention Plan and Trust Agreement that vest 20% per year commencing on September 1, 2023.

2. The reporting person is amending this Form 4 solely to include the shares held in the 401(k) Plan and ESOP which were inadvertently omitted from the original filing.

3. Includes shares acquired in the Catalyst Bank 401(k) Plan since the last filed Form 4, based on a report dated August 31, 2022.

4. Includes shares allocated to the reporting person's account in the ESOP since the last filed Form 4.

5. The options vest at a rate of 20% per year commencing on September 1, 2023.

Correct 9/2/2022 filing for Item 4. Securities were acquired not disposed. Total amount of Securities were listed correct and no other changes were made.
