Anchor: Why did you want to merge instead of just go the traditional IPO way? Was it just easier work for you, or did you see something strategic there?

Asher Genoot: For Gryphon, it was a company that we’ve known for a while. They didn’t have the scale of operations, and that’s why they haven’t been able to grow and scale as they had planned in their business plan. And so for us, it was an ability to take over an existing entity that was operating within the sector already and be able to compound and scale at a quicker rate. And we believe speed is important and scaling this ecosystem. And that’s really what has allowed us to build the company we’ve built thus far.
