Turning to our planned merger of equals with Olin, we are pleased with the progress made since announcing the transaction. We have completed several key milestones, including signing and announcing the merger agreement; filing the Form S-4 registration statement, which has been declared effective by the SEC; submitting our HSR filing; and mailing definitive proxy materials ahead of the stockholder meetings scheduled for August 25. We continue to advance the regulatory review process while making progress on integration planning, including the establishment of the Integration Management Office. The strong collaboration between the two organizations reinforces our confidence in our ability to deliver the $400 million-plus of anticipated synergies and integration benefits. We remain excited about the opportunities the combined company will create through greater scale, vertical integration, and an enhanced ability to generate long-term value for shareholders.
