What This Means for Our Business This merger brings together two companies with complementary product portfolios and longstanding partnerships with customers and stakeholders across North America and Europe. Together with Patrick, we will create a more dynamic platform serving a diverse range of OEMs and consumers through a broader brand portfolio, more efficient operations, and enhanced R&D investment and commercialization capabilities.
