NEW YORK, August 4, 2026 – LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) (“LivePerson” or “the Company”), a leading provider of predictable conversational AI, today reminded stockholders of its upcoming investor town hall and Q&A webcast on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. ET to discuss the benefits of the Company’s previously announced transaction with SoundHound AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOUN).

The town hall can be accessed by logging onto the investor relations section of the Company’s website at ir.liveperson.com. Stockholders may submit questions in advance of the town hall at ir-lp@liveperson.com.
