On July 24, 2025, SunLink Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE American: SSY) issued a press release to provide an update on proxy voting for the proposed merger with Regional Health Properties, Inc. and to urge SunLink stockholders of record as of June 20, 2025 to vote by June 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
