1. Mr. Hadley gifted 500 common shares of beneficial interest to each of his two adult children.

2. The reported amount consists of 8,892 restricted share units and 34,900 common shares of beneficial interest. The restricted share units are to be settled in an equal number of common shares of beneficial interest upon vesting.
