Explanation of Responses:

1. Previous Form 4s reported 9,075 shares held jointly with Mr. Coccia's spouse. This is being corrected since the 9,075 shares are owned indirectly by Mr. Coccia through the JJS Family Limited Partnership.

2. This amount includes 81.601 shares acquired on 3/15/2022 under the Issuer's Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchas Plan ("DRP"); 102.203 DRP shares acquired on 6/15/2022; 124.083 DRP shares acquired on 9/15/2022; and 119.019 DRP shares acquired on 12/15/2022.
