Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person and his spouse owned 1,000 shares of common stock in a joint account on July 18, 2024, the date on which the reporting person became a director of Sezzle Inc.

2. On December 3, 2024, the reporting person and his spouse gifted 100 shares of the common stock described in footnote 1.

3. The reporting person indirectly owned 300 shares of common stock in an IRA account on July 18, 2024, on the date on which the reporting person became a director of Sezzle Inc.
