Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares of Class B ordinary shares are convertible into shares of the Issuer's Class A ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment, as described under the heading "Description of Securities" in the Issuer's Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-257033) (the "Registration Statement") and have no expiration date.

2. On July 6, 2021, Frontier Disruption Capital forfeited 750,000 Class B ordinary shares of the Issuer for no consideration, in connection with the failure of the underwriters of the Issuer's initial public offering to exercise the overallotment option.
