Explanation of Responses:

1. This restricted stock unit ("RSU") award was inadvertently reported on Form 4 filed December 21, 2021 with an incorrect grant date of December 15, 2021. The award was granted on February 18, 2022.

2. Each RSU represents a right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock at the time of vesting for no consideration.

3. The RSUs vest as to 1/16 of the total shares quarterly until fully vested, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer on each vesting date. The first two vested tranches settled on March 15, 2022.

4. RSUs do not expire; they either vest or are canceled prior to the vesting date.
