Explanation of Responses:

1. This amount includes 15,809 shares of time-based restricted common stock solely owned by Mr. Bone; 18,370.5860 shares held jointly with his spouse; 5,902.2940 shares co-owned with Mr. Bone's father and siblings; and 6,462.1320 shares owned solely by Mr. Bone which includes 2.4410 shares acquired on 12/16/2019 under the Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan ("DRP"); 3.2740 DRP shares acquired on 3/16/2020; 3.8190 DRP shares acquired on 6/15/2020; 3.7200 DRP shares acquired on 9/15/2020; and 3.2650 DRP shares acquired on 12/15/2020.

2. These shares are solely owned by Mr. Bone's spouse which include 5.1290 shares acquired on 12/16/2019 under the DRP; 6.6110 DRP shares acquired on 03/16/2020; 7.7140 DRP shares acquired on 06/15/2020; 7.5130 DRP shares acquired on 09/15/2020 ; and 6.5950 DRP shares acquired on 12/15/2020.
