Explanation of Responses:

1. 1,800 Shares held in Ms. Medley's IRA were not previously reported in 2022 so a Form 5 was filed on 1.20.23. However, the total number of shares of 4,548 was reported incorrectly. The actual number of shares owned by Ms. Medley at year-end 2022 was 5,237 shares.
