Explanation of Responses:

1. The value of the phantom units is tied to the value of the Issuer's common stock at a ration of approximately 3.3 units per share.

2. The phantom units were acquired under the Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Canadian Retirement Benefit Plan and are to be settled in cash at such time as prescribed by the Plan.

3. The phantom units reported in this column do not reflect transactions after December 31, 2021 by the Reporting Person that have been separately reported on Form 4.
