Represents 10,000 shares of restricted stock granted to the reporting person pursuant to the Sensus Healthcare, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan which will vest in four equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the date of grant. Transaction is being reported late as a result of administrative oversight.
