Press Release

On August 21, 2026, Alvotech issued a Press Release announcing that the company had formed an agreement with Lotus Pharmaceutical for proposed biosimilars to durvalumab and emicizumab in the U.S. and Selected Asian Markets. A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as exhibit 99.1.
