NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

Braskem S.A. (“Braskem” or the “Company”), in compliance with Resolution of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission No. 81/22 (“RCVM 81”), hereby informs its shareholders that the Remote Voting Ballot (“Ballot”) relating to the matters of the Annual General Meeting to be held on April 29, 2026 (“AGM”) has been resubmitted, exclusively for the inclusion, as set forth in the other AGM call materials already disclosed, of an item relating to the possibility of requesting the adoption of cumulative voting, pursuant to Article 34, item IV, of RCVM 81, without affecting any of the proposals relating to the AGM previously provided for in the Ballot, so that the votes included in the Ballots already sent will be considered valid. Should a shareholder wish to submit a new Ballot, it must do so observing the deadline of April 25, 2026 (inclusive) and, in order to avoid the voting instructions being considered conflicting, the Company recommends that, in this case, the shareholder submit any new voting instructions to the same service provider previously used.
