The Registrant filed with the Israeli Securities Authority on December 19, 2021 a report regarding the sale of shares by Mr. Victor Malka, the Company's Chief Information Officer, noting the following: Mr. Malka sold 33,690 shares at a price of NIS 16.20, issued to him upon the exercise of 174,334 vested options of the Company. Such sale was executed through a net exercise mechanism pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
