On July 29, 2026, CollPlant Biotechnologies Ltd. (the “Company”) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the Company’s shareholders approved the proposal brought before the shareholders, in accordance with the majority required for such proposal. This proposal was described in the Company’s Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, dated July 7, 2026, attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Form 6-K that was furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 7, 2026.
