(“the Company”) and its subsidiaries, together with the audited separate financial statements of Credicorp Ltd., for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2025, including the report of the external auditors Tanaka, Valdivia y Asociados Sociedad Civil de Responsabilidad Limitada, members of EYG in Peru, approved by the Company’s Board of Directors in its session held on February 26, 2026, and which will be presented to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 31, 2026.
