to Provide the U.S. DoD with Transportable
SATCOM Terminals
Gilat Defense continues to provide support for the U.S. Department of
Defense’s mission-critical connectivity
Petah Tikva, Israel, September 3, 2025 — Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: GILT, TASE: GILT), a worldwide leader in satellite networking technology,
solutions and services, announced today that Gilat DataPath (DataPath, Inc.) was awarded a contract to provide Transportable SATCOM Terminals in support of the U.S. Department of Defense through a prime contractor. The award includes multiple
units of Gilat DataPath’s popular DKET 3421 transportable terminals and support services totaling over $7 million. Deliveries are expected by the end of 2025.
Gilat DataPath’s DKET 3421 is a fully field-proven, rugged solution to its customers’ needs for a high quality, reliable terminal. The DKET 3421 supports multi-carrier operations with a scalable
modem architecture of up to 32 modems. Demand for transportable SATCOM solutions continues to grow as defense organizations seek rapid-deployment systems that ensure resilient, high-capacity communications in dynamic environments.
