On October 29, 2025, Chaince Securities, LLC (“Chaince”), the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, announced that Chaince had been engaged as a strategic advisor to SKK Holdings Ltd. A copy of the press release is attached herein as Exhibit 99.1.
