Prenetics Global Limited (the "Company") hereby furnishes the press release announcing the closing of a $1 billion growth financing arrangement with General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund for the Company's IM8 business, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K (this "Report").
