CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

In July 2026, Mr. Douglas Davis (“Mr. Davis”) resigned as a director SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (the “Company”), effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Davis was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.
