This disclosure constitutes a supplemental disclosure to the Company’s “Response to Rumors or Media Reports (Undetermined)” dated June 29, 2026.

Shinhan Financial Group continues to review various measures to enhance the Group’s non-bank competitiveness. However, no decision has been made regarding the potential acquisition of Lotte Insurance. Shinhan Financial Group will make a further disclosure when the relevant matters have been determined, or within three months from the date of this disclosure.
