On October 15, 2025, Core AI Holdings, Inc., a British Columbia (Canada) company (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company has expanded into media production with its AI driven music production platform, LikeMusic.AI. The platform facilitates creation of background scores, soundscapes and vocal compositions for video, advertising and gaming applications, and delivers highly lifelike vocal rendering to closely mirror real human singing.
