On April 27, 2026, the board of directors (the “Board of Directors”) of SK Telecom Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) resolved to designate May 31, 2026 as the record date for the Company’s quarterly cash dividends for the first quarter of 2026 pursuant to Article 54-3 of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation.

Regarding Item 6 above, the dividend payment date was determined by the Board of Directors in accordance with Article 165-12, Paragraph 3 of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act.
