Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.

The securities to be registered hereby are Amazon.com, Inc.’s (the “Company”) 5.200% Notes due 2029, 5.550% Notes due 2032, 6.250% Notes due 2038, and 6.650% Notes due 2045 (collectively, the “Notes”).
