INFORMATION REQUIRED IN REGISTRATION STATEMENT

Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to Be Registered.

The securities to be registered hereby are 7.75% notes due 2030 (the “2030 Notes”) of Eagle Point Credit Company Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Registrant”). The 2030 Notes are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and to trade thereon within 30 days of the original issue date under the trading symbol “ECCU.”

A description of the 2030 Notes is set forth under the heading “Description of Our Debt Securities” in the Registrant’s prospectus dated June 9, 2023 (the “Prospectus”) included in the Registrant’s registration statement on Form N-2 (as amended from time to time, the “Registration Statement”) as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (File Nos. 333-269139 and 811-22974, respectively), and under the headings “The Offering,” “Description of the Notes” and “U.S. Federal Income Tax Matters” in the prospectus supplement, dated December 4, 2024 (the “Prospectus Supplement”), as filed with the Commission pursuant to Rule 424 under the Securities Act on December 6, 2024.
