INFORMATION REQUIRED IN REGISTRATION STATEMENT

Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.

A description of the Common Units (the “Common Units”) representing limited partner interests in Energy Transfer LP (the “Registrant”) is contained in Exhibit 4.70 to the Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on February 16, 2024, and under the heading “Redomiciliation from Delaware to Texas” in the Registrant’s Form 8-K12B filed with the SEC on July 6, 2026, and which descriptions are incorporated herein by reference.

A description of the 9.250% Series I Fixed Rate Perpetual Preferred Units (the “Series I Preferred Units”) representing limited partner interests in the Registrant is contained in Exhibit 4.69 to in the Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023, filed with the SEC on February 16, 2024, and which description is incorporated herein by reference.
