INFORMATION REQUIRED IN REGISTRATION STATEMENT

Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.

A description of the common units (the “Common Units”) representing limited liability company interests in SunocoCorp LLC (the “Registrant”) is contained in Exhibit 4.1 to the Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on February 19, 2026, and under the heading “Redomiciliation from Delaware to Texas” in the Registrant’s Form 8-K12B Item 5.03 filed with the SEC on July 6, 2026, and which descriptions are incorporated herein by reference.
