Other Events.

On March 15, 2021, Adient plc announced that Adient US LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, had commenced a cash tender offer for up to $640,000,000 aggregate principal amount (as such amount may be increased or decreased subject to applicable law) of its outstanding 7.00% Senior First Lien Notes due 2026.

A copy of the press release dated March 15, 2021 related to the tender offer is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
